Pneumatic Boring
In cases where setup room is minimal, not allowing for the use of a directional drill, we use another trenchless technology called pneumatic boring. This procedure requires the use of a pneumatic boring tool, shaped like a torpedo connected via an air hose to a air compressor. The tool has a piston inside that drives the tool under hard surfaces. This is a highly effective, safe alternative to directional drilling operated by our highly trained and skilled boring crews.
